If I had a guess it would be something to do with daylight savings (Not being set correctly in the board's config)...

You need to update your local timezone in your Profile dude.

The time used to be correct. I don't recall having to change the time settings on another phpBB board. Perhaps I'm just not remembering correctly. Oh well. Easily fixed.
