Enjoy.
That is a very cool video. It makes more sense to me now, as to why they put it so far back. Still a little weird, but I remember when the Vlocity came out and everyone thought it was ugly and silly. But perceptions changed on that, so I think the same will happen with this for sure.
Sure are a lot of loaders coming out this/next year. So many, its hard to choose :D
mmmm...That looks pretty cool. Was thinking of getting a B2 but maybe... I wonder if anyone in NZ has used one?

Still pretty new - so doubt it as yet.
Still don't really agree with the easier to play bit. It seems you cant really get in nice and close to your gun without hitting your head on tha back of the loader...
I dont know heaps about paintball technigue to maybe i'm wrong.

unless you are using a big ass drop foward its not a problem i saw these get used in australia and they looked like they did the job fine.
Drops are dirty. Rails FTW.
I second that motion. Rail all the waaaaay

Lol second a motion on rails? Remember this is about the magna loader >>.
What I want to know is...How does the feed neck hold up. My current loader has been trashed from general play + crazy muppet sliding.
Yeah, I see the new NXE loader has the feed neck way forward too. Seems to be a trend this year.
It's something I can't get used to, as there just appears to be too much leverage potential. Can't help thinking there'll be some broken feed necks before too long.
Time will tell I guess.
Well unless they have done someting magical to the feedneck. It WILL break. It so much anti-clockwise torque and no Clock-wise torque. So if you apply even the smallest amount of force say from a bumpy dive then it will put a considerable amount of strain on the feeneck. With the old reloaders there was both Clock and anti-clockwise torques from the feedneck being in the middle. So any force was evenly distributed. They must have thought it through or else they are hoping to earn a lot of money on new shells. Its a conspiracy to make you buy shellz.
Thats my 2c
if youve watched the full videos, the new NXe Jrny has a separate feedneck peice. So if you break the feedneck, you just replace the small part rather than the whole shell.
They thought ahead on that one, and is a pretty smart idea. As someone mentioned earlier the main downfall of the jrny over the magna is that it uses vision rather than sound. I'd like to see the jrny in action, looks like they thought it out pretty well.

The NXe is interesting with the seperate feedneck piece...But does that mean they're expecting them to break and I have to go broke buying 5 of them :(?
Does anyone know what the diff between vision and sound? Is there a major issue with vision comapared to sound or something..

I'll do it with simple pros and cons
Vision
The good: Is simple-doesn't need adjusting to a markers decibel rating. If batteries start getting low begins to feed slower.
The bad: In the unfortunate circumstance a ball breaks in the hopper it can block the eyes.
The ugly: Depending on the type of eye (reflective or break beam) the loader wont work with some colour paints, so if the tournament your playing in only has that paint you're Fucked.
Sound
The good: Works with any colour paint, isn't affected by ball breaks (your accuracy still sucks though, but atleast you're shooting).
The bad: When the batteries get low the damn thing stops 'hearing' your shots.
The ugly: It hears your voice and beams evil thoughts into your head telling you to light up that silly bush baller like a christmas tree, so you have to wear a tin foil hat. But then again it is the season, so empty your hopper and watch out for that hunting knife strapped to his shin.:D

Yeah as Broken Said. Having a replacement part is basically an admission that it has a high chance of breaking.

I agree with Jawa on this one :)
NXe have identified the feed neck as a point of failure on all loaders. As such they're made it modular so that if you do break it then it is replaceable rather than having to buy a new shell. Pure genius :respect:
