Hate to be a party pooper, but do we want to mention anything to this person about their air system?

You a cop
The bottle issue has been sorted.
this person (the buyer) just wont be able to play in any tourneys with it.
Jono
In theory though it's illegal to sell it I believe (?). And, surely the seller should make the buyer aware of this fact. Or perhaps it's just a case of caveat emptor...Anyway.

ya i feel bad as well but at the end of the day if he is buying somthing like that on trade me he should have a look at what is legal and what isnt it also depends if he is using it in tourney ball or not

I'm afraid it doesn't. The bottle isn't legal anywhere. Of course a tournament is probably the only place it will get checked though (For now). I've posted under "Questions" in the auction.
And MikeE, if people are getting on your case, who cares. You are still doing the right thing.
I agree Pete, you gotta do the right thing, if people hate you for that, then they obviously don't care about the legal requirements of Paintball and really don't care for the sport, making their oppinion null and void.
Lol... I'm glad people are taking a more proactive approach to self governing the sport :-)
