Well we've got a couple of classes of members ... New users and full Members.
New users are a little restricted in what they can do, and have all of their posts run through one of the better spam filters/checkers (www.akismet.com) out there.
How do you become a member and access things like the classifieds and arcade? Simple - just post in some threads or create your own threads. 3 posts = automatic member status. Simple really - and something we've put in place to cut out the spam thats out there.
