psp announce firing rate for 08

A preliminery statement has been made about 2008 firing rate .. players and teams have been advised to get boards that can shoot lower than 15bps , with 13.33 being the most likly firing rate ..

it was 15.4, they do it on milisecond gaps. So it is a consistant speed, otherwise you could shoot a quick stream of 15.4 or 13.3 balls at 100bps and then nothing for the remainder of that second. That technically would be 15.4 bps. :)
15.4 was 65, so 13.3 would be 75. Sounds like fun.
