Co2 filling

Does anyone know were to get certed to do co2 fills?? I already know how to do the fills, but wanna keep it legal. thanks for any help.

have a go at ringing the erma they can give you a list of the places that do the courses and tests or talk to your local osh office.
or if you are friendly with your local dive shop or fire quip shop you might be able to tag along with them when they do it
