Its cause your capped -_-
go to the 'internet options' in tools, and then go to the 'temporary internet files: settings' botton (under the general tab). select 'automatically', or 'every visit to page' under the check stored pages header. it will use a bit more of you internet allocation but I seem to remember that fixing it for me

Start by loading Service pack 2 man. My dad is a computer builder and wholesalor, xp users without service pack 2 can get infected just my opening their browser. And your problem sounds like your internet is disabling itself if your idle on a page to long, as Firefox said there may be an option in your internet options that could fix it, but you shouldnt have to configure those options at all. Start by loading service pack 2, and also go into your internet options and disable cookies, they sometimes cause IE programs to have fits to.
He sounds official, do that

FireFox - Cheers that seems to have worked a treat. Thanks very much.
Kibbo - Also thanks, but one thing i've had to deal alot with since service pack 2 came out is cuastomer with issues where different things don't want to work anymore, so for alot of people it was "great" idea. For me the promise i made to myself is i'd give my pc away before i stooped that low :) But pass on my thats to your father. The one part i forgot to add is that i run firewalls, spyware protection and antivirus.
Thanks again :)
lol everyone runs antivirus software and firewalls. And service pack 2 is more stable then standard, it could be other issues that are stopping other software and shit working :P.
