Possible Bushball Competition?

My old man and I have been thinking for a while if it would be possible to get a Bushball tourny up and running.
Dunno how we'd work it and whatnot, but we're just wondering if there'd be enough interest in it to be viable.

The main problem with bush tournaments is reffing. Much harder to see the players. So if you do it, I'd recommend not having prizes.

The main problem here is that bush players aren't generally very internet inclined, at least in my experience. There are lots of them but they don't tend to organise stuff online.

My advice would be to hike out to Wiritoa on a Saturday morning and put the word around.
It seems most players go there then.
Like Vijil says, internet is pretty hit n miss.
