LPR's and HPR's

Hay Ive been playing for about half a year now and im leaning
towards speedball:wasntme:.
Ive been playing with a E-MR1 for all the time and im about to
get a Rex type R. Which has regs and LPR's and HPR's and eyes and everything im not used too. So i was wondering if you guys could give me the low down
on LPR's and HPR's:confused:
