No no no... im not looking for one, Nessa hasn't kicked me out yet! LOL
Our esteemed flatmate has decided to part the house giving 2 weeks notice. So we have a spare double bedroom available at a nice price of $125 a week including expences. Phone, Gas, Power, High Speed Internet and 1 offstreet carpark.
We are in Newlands, on the main road, parking is behind the house in front, not viewable from the road side. Payable weekly or fortnightly in advance, bond required - happy to work something out with that though.
