if anyone could just express there thoughts on the dp G3 that would be great, im considering byuing one at a later time.
i just want to know what people think of the gun, and if there are any guns significantly better for the price.
What kind of budget are you looking at mate?
I'v just ordered a G3 for myself.
personally i like the look/feel of the G3
But i guess we will have to wait a few weeks for it to arrive before i can do a full review of it.
But as for that price range(for new guns), i'v only really been able to find a mini, g3, or possibly a pmr
Where did you get it from
I was sorting it out with Darryn from paintballshop.com but it looks like I may no longer being actually getting one - seem to have come across a better offer ( and the one i wanted is no longer produced)

probly $600-$700, $800 is realy pushing it in my case
i was a bit dissapointed tho, because i went to search on Ebay for the G3 and the standard gun is $299 thats roughly $450 dollars NZ, so your looking at around $500 for the gun and shipping from the US
and it costs $700 to get it from tony at kiwipaintball, thats a $200 dollar difference
the only problem from getting it off Ebay is that its from the US and i can't find any semi only G3s on there
so customs would have a feild day
299 is 464 nz, which means you have to pay GST so that's up to $510 ish, probably up to more like $560 - $600 inc. shipping. Bear in mind that semi only boards can cost extra because they're a specialty item. And then you've got to wait forever because that's the cheap slow shipping, and customs always take their sweet time on these things so that's an extra couple weeks. Recently customs were even seizing semis.
I'm happy to pay an extra $100 or more if it means I get it now and don't have to wait half as long for shipping and risky customs, as well as the semi board being included. There's also a lot less risk when you go through a decent nz dealer in general. You're paying for the convenience and speed and the service really which is well worth it in my book.
