Good to see that ERMA have confirmed the bottles I highlighted as being ok as being appropriate/legal for ball.

Also the important thing I notice is that ERMA has confirmed that 12oz bottles are exempt now, as prior to this they were adamant that they were covered and needed LAB numbers. This is VERY good news for rec ballers and commercial field operators.

Very happy to see this, especially as I chose to take my blog down which had an unofficial take on all this (and good to see I was 99% right erring on the side of caution).

Big thanks to Martin and everyone else who dealt with Erma on this. I would still strongly suggest that all official contact to Erma goes through one person to prevent us annoying them (and no I'm not volunteering, I've got very little to do with ball now - real life has taken over).

Hi MikeE

Are there any plans known about more tanks being added to the legal list?

Cheers

bit of a update on that list. mostly due to a lack of info and some misinformation from erma. as of 2011 2209 has been struck off redesigned and replaced by 2331 which is fully legal for both air and co2, 2190 is illegal even though they have been sold in NZ, the paperwork for 2153 cant be found and it may also be illegal and the 2 sci tanks are no longer in production. 2046 is fully legal
