Well the site is back up and running now - and there are some pretty significant changes.

I'm still working in the background to sort some stuff out and get the articles all posted - should be finished in the next day or so.

This forum software has been vastly superior to .co.nz for a long, long time - and we've had a chat box for a long while. I don't think these latest improvements will make everyone migrate. It's more that people are used to the other one than that they actually prefer it.

We'll be adding a chatbox/shoutbox soon.

The upgrade in forum software here (3.8 to 4.0) was a fundemental rewrite in the code, so a lot of the old plugins don't work anymore. I'll be installing a couple on the test environment this weekend to have a play with and should have something up and running next week.
