.. i was gonna say 'ball size B2?' but i'd never live that one down...

Sunday's paint was sliding right out of my .687 back, but i still managed to split a few on the join in the stupid 2-piece barrel crap piece-of-arse. Is .687-.683 pretty standard now?

what colour did you use...as the Green was the same colour we used in Wellington and we used .690 upwards.
But as for sizings..its what it is when we get it..there isnt any apparent reason as such.

I was useing the .693 in wellers with the same paint, next size down had the odd tighter ball.

I too was using .693 in Weller's and on Sunday seemed fine only had couple of break's at the end of the barrel.

Huh. Interesting.

Guess i'll look at some barrel kits or something eh? Quite keen on the hammerhead system; any pro advise? (cocker thread)

I would go for a Mac Dev 7 Piece Barrel Kit fella good value for money. Ask B Man, Riv they run them

Cant go past the MacDev kit..4 backs 3 fronts..nice case to hold it in.

I got a Pipe Kit but if they made a Mac Dev Match Stix Kit for an Angel I would have gotten that fella. Nice Kit all round.

Whats the advantage of 3 fronts? I have a great article from APG about Hammerheads testing procedures, based on data from ICD and Airgun Designs. Looks impressive, I'll bring it along to the game. 5 back set with 14" front $200USD, pretty steep i know, but shouldn't need another barrel kit ever, eh?

It is steep..
But..I Run a MacDev 7pce kit..hubba hubba..shoots straight, light weight and oooooooooober spankee.
ya can buy em direct from Macdev..you wont be dissapointed.
