Anyone about to tell be whats new with the new shocker NXT, and as its backwards compatible, what are the upgrades needed to turn a Dynasty Shocker SFT into a NXT internally...

You can't. Because the NXT has break beam eyes. Also the NXT is backwards compatable except for the ASA (unless perhaps its a 15 degree ASA) as the grip frame is slightly larger.
