Was going to head up with a couple of mates but they now have weddings to go to. That time of year I guess. I can provide transport and stuff for those willing - see http://www.a1gp.com/Tickets/Tickets.html for when it's on and ticket prices and stuffs. Haven't decided what price tickets to get. I'm thinking silver grandstand at least for the sprint race on saturday since it's cheaper and will still be fun.
this will probably be an awesome event. It's arguably the biggest motorsport event to date of any sort in New Zealand (Unless we've had F1 here and I never ehard about it). NZ won both races in Indonesia and now they'll be on their home track with a home crowd. Couldn't be better for us, I can't wait.
Weekend after that is Parachute Christian Music Festival. If anyone wants to come along to play some rental airball and listen to whatever of 100+ bands that will be there then let me know too. http://websites.parachutemusic.com/festival/2007/
