Do we want a chat room?

So question for ya ... do we want a chatroom here? We've got the shoutbox at the moment .. which is okay, but a chatroom might be a nice touch.

A chatroom will probably remove the lag that some people are finding with the shoutbox.

I might install it as a test for a while and see how it goes.
