dunno if youve seen it but its damn good. a group of guys plan on entering a team (Unknown Soldiers) coached by Matty Marshall in to div3 of nppl and plan to play though the whole season.

Since I only just watched this I'll say this:

This is the best reality TV show I've seen. The characters, situations, etc. are all way more interesting than any of the other crap on TV. Yes I am biased because it's paintball, but it's still great :p

Can't wait for the next episode, we'll make sure to post it here.

Episode three - Boston - added to the first post :)

The humour seems to have drained a bit, there's a bigger focus on the actual tournament and less shenanigans. Less Matty Ho too, and it sucks that the cliche master left. They're getting a bit tense and disillusioned I think and it shows in the style of film making.

It's crazy how we complain about getting less than say ten games in a day at NZ tourneys, while these guys are playing only 7 over two days even though they're travelling eight hours on a plane to get there...

When i played for shockwave, we'd travel 20 hours odd, from manchester - london - U.S and only play 8 games on 1 day.

standard is 8 games at a big events in states and europe, unless you make finals

So does anyone know what happened to these guys? It seems by now that they wont be releasing another doco for the fifth event. It also seems that they've broken up as a team since they aren't listed on the nppl website under the 2008 teams.

Their final rank was 29th for the year, and they were the most consistent team in their division getting 6 points at every event.

They definitely arent playing together anymore, but cam might have a go at uks 2 a new team.

Fuck consistency and win tournaments, if i played all year and got shot of the break every game, that would make me consistent as but not a good player.

Team split up at the end of the season. A frew of there players are still balling with 2 of there number playing for Velocity Wrecking Crew. A few more have "real life" getting in the way. Shane had it above they might make a new UKS. Wait and see.
